Pole Assessment & Open Pole Class (Pole Assessments Welcome!)
Pole Assessment: This class offers a variation of basic holds, grips, and moves so that we can classify you in the correct pole classes according to your level of fitness.
Open Pole Classes: All levels of poles *including Pole Assessments are welcome. Practice your routine, moves, tricks, spins, holds, or just watch & learn. Open pole class is a supervised class that allows you total freedom on the poles.

Pole Tricks 202 An intermediate/advanced class that focuses on spins, flips, locks, and holds that our Vixen Squad mastered. We use the PFA’s Manual of Professional moves. * Prerequisite: MUST be approved by Instructor.
